I've added Charlotte's and Birmingham's stats to my favorite sites. I'll be interested to hear what's coming up from the single A's.

Jared Mitchell continues on a tear at Birmingham. BA of .347 with an OPS of 1.046. 5 TRIPLES! so he has recovered his speed from his achilles injury. 5 stolen bases in 6 attempts. Still striking out a lot, 21 in 75 at bats but walking a lot too with an OBP of .473.

Check out the stats through out the minor league system. There is a disturbing trend at all levels. Position players strike out way too much, and pitchers allow to many walks.
