    The OAF AGAIN!!

Post by sox55 on Sun Aug 11, 2013 6:49 pm

Sitting in the last row behind home plate at today's game and I see a Texas Rangers scout sitting in front of me, He is texting his boss GM John Daniels on his phone and taking notes on his lap top. I think he was scouting the Twins starting pitcher. Anyway, not wanting to bother him while he was working I only asked him 2 questions between innings; His thoughts on Garcia and if Texas is still looking for a LH bat like Adam Dunn.
He told me he never saw Garcia play but had heard good things about him and as for The Oaf.........he said..........."THEY CAN'T GIVE HIM AWAY!"

I applaud Adam's turn around this season. He's hung in there and has contributed like gangbusters the past few weeks. He's leading the team. What more can be asked?

If he hit his weight, he'd be going to the hall of fame.
